About John Rizzi
John Rizzi was educated in industrial design and learned from the masters by helping develop designs by Michael Graves, Neils Diffrient, Richard Sapper and Massimo and Leila Vignelli. He began his own practice in 1985 and over the past two decades has designed bike accessories, office furniture systems, lounge seating, tables and lighting for major national and international companies. Rizzi's design process is rigorous, analytic and self-critical. His work has won IDSA, APEX, Contract Magazine and NEOCON Best Products Gold and Silver awards. His designs for Landscape Forms include the Parc Vue bench and receptacle, Parc Centre tables and chairs, and the Parc Lounge chair and ottoman.
LEO area lights are at home in more places. LEO's multiple distributions and outputs address both visual comfort and performance, with configurable options that let landscape architects, lighting designers, and electrical engineers focus on what's important for their project, whether it is an improved visual experience for intimate pedestrian-scale settings or lumen outputs and pole spacing for cost-driven goals. LEO's simple, understated design fits a variety of site designs and architectural styles, and its 19"-diameter housing strikes an aesthetic balance for varying pole heights and spacing.
LEO is available with single, dual, and staggered configurations, 12', 16', 20' and 25' pole heights, and a clear or diffused lens. Select from Type 2, Type 3, and Type 4 distributions, four outputs, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K color temperatures, and an occupancy sensor option. The cast aluminum light is available in a full color palette and finished with Landscape Forms' proprietary Pangard II® HAPS, VOC, and lead-free polyester powdercoat. This product is Buy America Compliant, has full cutoff, and is International Dark-Sky Approved.
