About Urbidermis
Urbidermis is a company with vision and a strong point of view. Founded in Spain in 1985, the Spanish National Design Award winner acts as editor and mediator to bring to market exceptional urban furniture, objects and writing on design. Landscape Forms is the exclusive distributor of the Urbidermis Urban Elements collection in the U.S. and Canada. These distinctive designs share the Landscape Forms vocabulary but have a vernacular all their own. Harpo chaise lounges take Harpo seating into full relaxation mode. The
chaises share the clean, minimal form and architectural clarity of all
Harpo seating elements, but with attitudes all their own. The single and
double chaises are both generous in scale, simply comprised of a subtly
angled plane resting elegantly atop a metal bar frame. The robust bent
and welded steel structure with slatted wood seats and backs belie the
casual demeanor. Harpo single and double chaise lounges are designed
for rigorous public use in parks and college and corporate campuses.
