appointment of Roy Chan to its Board of Directors.
Chan is a
global business executive with more than thirty years of industry experience in
multi- and omni-channel retail, brand management, fashion product development,
and merchandising and operations in both domestic and international markets.

Chan began
his career landing the exclusive rights to manufacture and sell the Benetton
and Sisley brands in China. Since then, he has carved out a career based on
innovative product, marketing and distribution solutions for leading fashion
brands. Currently, Chan serves as President of International, Retail, and
E-commerce at Away, a New York City-based lifestyle travel brand and one of the
fastest growing consumer brands in the world since its launch in 2016. Prior to
his current position at Away, Chan has served in multiple senior-level
positions including President of International at Kate Spade & Company,
Group President of International at The Jones Group, Inc., and Senior Vice
President and General Merchandise Manager in International Business Development
for Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. Sparking his lifelong passion for product design,
Chan graduated from the Parsons School of Design with a Bachelor of Business
Administration in Marketing & Product Development and a Bachelor of Fine
Arts in Art History.
