Landscape Forms Taps Two Seasoned Veterans to Fill New Role in the Lighting Division
Kalamazoo, MI – February 24, 2023 – Landscape Forms is pleased to announce that Kayla Galecka and Erin Pohlmann will fill a brand-new role within the lighting division as the company’s first lighting sales associates. Galecka will be covering the Eastern Region and Pohlmann the Central Region.
Galecka and Pohlmann will focus on growth in the landscape architecture, architecture, and design channels, partnering with Landscape Forms business development representatives (BDRs) to develop lighting specifications in key accounts and develop relationships with new clients and existing key accounts.
Galecka has been a lighting sales specialist with the lighting team at Landscape Forms for four years. She brings a deep knowledge of Landscape Forms’ lighting portfolio and has strong relationships with BDRs and clients. Pohlmann joined the company in February 2023. She has worked with a large Midwestern engineering firm for 11 years, focused on healthcare lighting projects for large accounts. She was also a sales representative for a lighting agency, working with landscape architects and architects. Her last position before joining Landscape Forms was in a lighting design role.
“When people understand my background and know I’ve been on the scene for a long time working with high-end users and designers, there is a level of comfort and trust working with me,” says Pohlmann.
“Lighting has such a different sales process than furniture. By bringing two experienced lighting professionals to this important new position to partner with our BDRs will help build our lighting business,” says Galecka.
Galecka lives in Kalamazoo, MI, and enjoys golfing in warm weather, snowboarding in winter, and spending time with family and friends. Pohlmann lives in Davenport, IA. Three children under the age of 11 keep her busy. She also enjoys classic cars and golf.
